Housekeeping Attendant

About the Role

This position is part of the Housekeeping & Laundry team at a hotel in Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is full-time, non-management, and based on-site.

What You’ll Do

You will help create a memorable guest stay by keeping guest rooms, public areas, and other parts of the hotel clean, tidy, and well-presented. The job goes beyond simply making beds or cleaning rooms; it is about supporting an overall guest experience through consistent attention to detail and readiness to respond to guest needs.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and shared spaces across the property.
• Respond to guest requests and provide housekeeping support as needed.
• Restock service carts and supplies to stay prepared for daily operations.
• Carry out room cleaning and other housekeeping tasks assigned during the shift.
• Move around the hotel space as required to complete assigned duties.
• Complete any other reasonable work-related tasks requested by the team or management.

What Success Requires

The role calls for someone who can work carefully, professionally, and consistently while upholding the property’s standards. You must follow company procedures, protect confidential information, maintain a polished personal appearance, and communicate professionally at all times.

The work is physically active and may require standing, sitting, or walking for long periods. You should also be comfortable with hands-on duties such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
