Role Overview
This organization is expanding and is looking for a meticulous, well-organized Human Resources Assistant to help keep the HR function running smoothly. The position supports a workplace that values professionalism, inclusion, and employee wellbeing. In this role, you will handle a broad mix of administrative and operational HR tasks across recruitment, onboarding, employee support, recordkeeping, compliance, and internal communication.
The role suits someone who enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities effectively, and understands the importance of accurate, confidential HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure processes are completed efficiently and in line with company policies and employment regulations.
Recruitment and Hiring Support
- Support recruitment activity by publishing vacancies, reviewing applications, and helping arrange interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
- Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain candidate records and tracking systems.
Onboarding and Employee Administration
- Help organize onboarding and orientation sessions for new joiners.
- Prepare employee files and ensure all required forms and documents are completed and stored properly.
- Respond to routine HR queries and requests from employees.
- Keep personnel records, databases, and filing systems accurate and up to date.
HR Operations and Compliance
- Ensure employee information remains current, correct, and aligned with internal rules and legal requirements.
- Assist in tracking HR procedures and compliance standards.
- Help prepare HR reports, data summaries, and supporting documents.
- Assist with the administration of policies, handbooks, and workplace procedures.
Employee Engagement and Support
- Assist with employee engagement activities, learning initiatives, and company events.
- Help administer performance review processes and employee development tasks.
- Coordinate internal HR communications, including announcements and program updates.
- Build positive working relationships with employees across departments.
General Administrative Support
- Manage HR-related emails, calendars, and meeting安排s.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR documents as needed.
- Organize and safeguard confidential staff records.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager and leadership team.
Qualifications
The employer is open to candidates with a high school diploma, an Associate degree, or a Bachelor’s degree. Applicants should bring strong organization and multitasking skills, clear verbal and written communication, a good grasp of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and the ability to work discreetly with sensitive information.
