Role Overview

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for employees in the UK or German office when technology issues arise. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee and device journey, including onboarding, offboarding, joiner/mover/leaver processes, MDM setup, account creation, and access checks.
  • Keep local conferencing equipment, meeting spaces, printers, and other office technology running effectively, and support company events and town halls with hands-on IT help.
  • Carry out routine administration in Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and other internal SaaS platforms.
  • Create and update documentation, runbooks, and self-service knowledge articles that help the team scale support efficiently.
  • Spot repeat issues and work with IT Engineering on permanent fixes and automation opportunities.

Requirements
