Role overview
An early-stage direct-to-consumer telehealth brand is looking for a practical, self-driven digital marketer to help take paid advertising from strategy into execution. The business operates in the weight-loss, hormone balance, metabolic health, and longevity space, so experience with sensitive or regulated categories is especially valuable.
This position suits someone who enjoys a lean, pre-launch setting and can own the full workflow for paid media: building campaigns, creating ad assets, testing variations, tracking results, and refining performance across Meta and Google Ads.
What you will do
- Set up, launch, and actively manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Create advertising assets, including static designs and short-form video creatives.
- Keep the creative production flow moving so there are always fresh assets available for testing.
- Run A/B tests, review performance data, and use insights to improve conversions and overall campaign outcomes.
- Prepare performance updates with clear recommendations and next steps.
- Work closely with brand and strategy stakeholders so campaign activity supports broader business goals.
- Ensure campaigns follow advertising rules and compliance expectations for health and telehealth products and services.
What you need
- Proven hands-on experience managing paid media in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- A strong portfolio showing successful campaigns and creative work in health, wellness, or other regulated sectors.
- Ability to design static and video ads using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Solid grasp of data-led marketing, campaign optimization, and reporting on performance.
- Background in fast-moving startup or pre-launch environments.
- Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to juggle several tasks at once.
- Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
- Awareness of compliance requirements for advertising health-related offerings.
- Clear communication skills and a careful eye for detail.
