The role is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, testing new ideas, and growing in a culture that values learning, empathy, and continuous development.Role OverviewAs a Package Consultant focused on industry packages, your work will center on fitting packaged technology into a client’s operating environment. You will rely on business understanding and package knowledge to help deliver the outcomes the client expects. A major part of the role is ensuring that technology systems are implemented and integrated effectively so they strengthen the client’s core business operations.ResponsibilitiesIntegrate packaged technology solutions into client environments, with exposure to Tier-2 ERP and MES platforms such as Infor, Apriso Flexnet, IFS, Maconomy, Notes/Domino, and BPCS.Use business and package expertise to support the client in reaching intended business results.Work with teams to complete implementation and integration of technology systems successfully.Provide guidance and solution knowledge related to packaged technology offerings.Help maintain smooth execution of essential client business functions through effective technology integration.Technical RequirementsHands-on familiarity with Tier-2 ERP systems such as Infor, Apriso Flexnet, IFS, Maconomy, Notes/Domino, and BPCS.Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a business support context.Exposure to integrating packaged solutions within a client’s business setup.Ability to apply business knowledge alongside package expertise to support operational goals.Exposure to implementing and connecting technology systems according to business needs.Preferred ExperienceKnowledge of additional Tier-2 ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage.Experience with more than one MES platform can strengthen the ability to support integrations.Understanding of different business processes and functions will help in applying package knowledge effectively.EducationA master’s degree is preferred for this role.Work LocationBhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
