This team is a key driver of Lark’s growth across the APAC region. Its mission is to help organizations move through digital transformation using collaboration software, while spotting new market opportunities and bringing in new customers to support expansion.

The role of Partner Enablement Manager is centered on helping deliver partner enablement programs for the channel sales function. The position involves putting enablement plans into action, using AI-based tools, and working closely with teams across the business to strengthen partner selling skills, raise execution standards, and support overall business growth.

What You Will Do

• Assist in rolling out partner sales enablement strategies and help maintain tracking systems that measure coverage, execution, conversion, and revenue contribution.
• Support pilot initiatives and take part in ongoing improvement efforts by monitoring outcomes and sharing observations that help refine the program.
• Help deploy AI-enabled sales tools, such as AI coaching, quality review systems, and knowledge management platforms.
• Use data and AI-driven insights to improve sales performance and strengthen partner outcomes.
• Organize and deliver structured enablement activities, including training sessions, workshops, and learning programs that increase partner engagement and execution capability.
• Work in coordination with Sales, Strategy, Data, Product, and other internal stakeholders to ensure enablement initiatives are executed smoothly.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Prior experience in sales, commercialization, or sales enablement is expected.
• Good understanding of channel sales structures and the partner lifecycle, along with exposure to sales performance improvement efforts.
• Strong delivery and project management ability, including tracking milestones and completing work in an organized way.
• Familiarity with AI tools and sales enablement systems, including a basic grasp of prompt design or knowledge-based tools.
• Comfort working with data, interpreting performance metrics, and using them to support decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
