Role Overview
This position is based on Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30, and involves carrying out portable appliance testing across a range of commercial and retail sites, including offices and schools. The role also includes minor repair work where needed.
Key Duties
- Perform portable appliance testing across commercial and retail properties, including office environments and educational settings.
- Complete small repair tasks when required.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have hands-on experience using a fully downloadable portable appliance testing device and should hold the City & Guilds 2377 22/23 Testing and Inspection qualification. A full, clean driving licence is required. DBS approval is also necessary, while an ECS/CSCS card would be an advantage.
