Role Overview

The company is looking for a Perfumer to develop original fragrance compositions based on specific customer and project needs. The role involves blending creative formulation skills with technical knowledge of raw materials, industry regulations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop distinctive fragrance formulas aligned with customer briefs and project goals.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of creating successful and original scents.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of fragrance ingredients, olfactory structure, and formulation methods.
• Work with perfumery compliance standards, including IFRA requirements.
• Coordinate and exchange feedback with fragrance evaluators and the marketing team to help achieve winning fragrance solutions.

Candidate Profile

• At least 4 to 6 years of experience working as a perfumer.
• Practical knowledge of scent and fragrance formulation.
• A highly developed sense of smell and the ability to build balanced olfactory compositions.
• Strong professional relationships and the ability to support smooth delivery of the final product.

Compensation

The CTC will be offered according to the candidate’s experience level.
