Key responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and keep campaign project plans on track, including milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Take ownership of launch readiness by creating checklists, coordinating cross-functional testing, and securing QA approval before each release.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and outside partners to clear blockers and keep launches moving.
  • Set up and maintain campaign governance, including suppression logic, audience handling, and operating standards when multiple customer journeys are running at once.
  • Build recurring performance reporting that tracks campaign health and engagement metrics such as sends, opens, clicks, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Share campaign results, insights, and recommendations with CarePath leadership and strategic partners to guide future investment decisions.
  • Spot ways to improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency using data-informed analysis.
  • Create repeatable processes, documentation, and operating cadences that support future product launches and lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Hold cross-functional teams accountable while keeping work on pace toward launch commitments and business goals.
