About The Role
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for processing new home starts for designated markets and meticulously reviewing and compiling essential project documentation. This role is crucial for supporting both internal and external stakeholders and involves close collaboration with Division Presidents, Construction teams, and other departments to ensure the successful execution of projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage the processing of new home starts for assigned markets, ensuring all information is accurate and submitted promptly.
- Thoroughly review, compile, and maintain critical project documentation, verifying accuracy and adherence to departmental standards.
- Engage with Division Presidents, Construction teams, and various other departments to foster alignment and smooth project progression.
- Provide comprehensive support to the assigned market team, including assistance with special projects as required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to confirm that all requirements are met and that necessary approvals and reviews are obtained.
- Support construction teams by ensuring all project-related documentation is readily accessible and consistently updated.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned to contribute to team objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience within a professional office setting is required.
- Proficient computer skills, including a strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
