What you will do

You will contribute within a multidisciplinary team to deliver engineering project objectives, define the technical and business needs for assigned work, and coordinate the people and tasks required to meet program goals. The work may involve technical design packages, production and sustainment queries, and improvement projects related to new product introduction, cost reduction, producibility, reliability, and weight reduction.

  • Oversee subcontractors or subcontracted LiftSystem components and the delivery of hardware and subsystem equipment as directed by the IPTL.
  • Prepare and share technical and business updates for assigned projects.
  • Communicate complex aero-mechanical project information clearly to program stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with process management approaches such as APQP and manufacturing processes such as Fixed Process Approval and FAIR.
