Role Overview
Lockheed Martin is looking for a Project Manager to support the GSC Operations team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This role focuses on keeping the business cadence aligned across five GSC functional strategy tenants and will play a key part in planning, coordination, metrics tracking, and senior-level reporting.
What You’ll Do
In this position, you will coordinate end-to-end program planning, connect activities across tenants, consolidate performance data, and prepare reporting for executive stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, finance, supply chain, and leadership teams to keep work moving smoothly.
- Act as the primary contact and coordinator for all five GSC functional strategy tenants.
- Build, update, and improve a master integrated schedule that tracks deliverables and milestones.
- Identify, gather, and verify KPIs, then translate them into executive-level dashboards.
- Prepare weekly status summaries, monthly deep-dive presentations, and quarterly scorecards for senior leaders.
Required Background
The position calls for a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college, along with prior project management experience. You should be comfortable managing several competing priorities in a fast-moving environment and be highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working with cross-functional teams is essential, especially when coordinating engineering, finance, and supply chain partners to support execution.
