About the Company
Sisley Paris is a French luxury beauty house known for premium skincare, makeup, hair care through Hair Rituel by Sisley, and fine fragrances. In the US and Canada, the brand is available through upscale retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Holt Renfrew, and Blue Mercury, in addition to online channels, spas, and company-owned stores. The business generates more than $100M in annual sales and is growing at a double-digit pace.
NEURAÉ is a newer skincare label within the Sisley Group, developed from neuroscience-inspired thinking about how emotions can affect facial features over time. Backed by clinical neuroscience research at Sisley Group Laboratories, the brand focuses on advanced solutions designed to revive skin that looks dull, tired, or stressed, while helping features appear more balanced.
Established in 1976 by Hubert d’Ornano, Sisley helped pioneer the use of botanical actives and essential oils in beauty. The company’s phyto-cosmetology approach is built on research, innovation, and quality. Its values are Collaboration, Mindfulness of others, Entrepreneurship, Responsibility, and Organization, and these guide how the team works every day.
