Role Overview
Neurealm is hiring a QA Technical Manager to guide testing quality and automation efforts for software delivery initiatives in Chennai.
What You’ll Do
- Run and coordinate a QA team made up of QA Engineers, Automation Engineers, and Test Leads.
- Set the direction for QA practices, testing standards, and measurable quality benchmarks across projects.
- Build, improve, and support automation frameworks that can scale, and connect them with CI/CD workflows.
- Handle functional, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Work closely with Product, Development, and DevOps groups to help deliver reliable releases.
- Coach team members, complete performance evaluations, and support ongoing capability growth.
- Use strong communication, stakeholder handling, and issue-resolution skills in Agile/Scrum settings.
- Apply AI and GenAI-based testing approaches to support test case creation, automation, and overall quality uplift.
Experience & Requirements
- At least 10 years of overall experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA leadership or management position.
- Practical, hands-on expertise with Selenium and Playwright for test automation.
- Experience using AI/GenAI methods in testing workflows is required.
- Solid background in cross-functional collaboration and team leadership.
