QC Coordinator

Role overview

We are hiring a QC Coordinator for a client project in Doha, Qatar. The position is tied to a shutdown-driven environment and involves close coordination with site teams to keep quality activities on track.

Assignment details

• Start window: September 2026 to January 2027
• Work location: Doha, Qatar
• Work schedule: 5.5 days per week
• During shutdown periods, longer working hours will be required
• Contract arrangement: daily-rate engagement with all-inclusive compensation

Key duties

• Examine and verify QCPs and ITPs across several disciplines
• Make sure all work follows the required quality standards and procedures
• Track, manage, and close NCRs and other quality deficiencies
• Carry out inspections for mechanical, piping, structural, and electrical/instrumentation activities
• Prepare and organize quality records and assist with final sign-offs and approvals
• Work closely with site teams during high-pressure shutdown execution phases

Candidate profile

• Solid quality control experience in industrial, EPC, mechanical, piping, or shutdown-related projects
• Hands-on familiarity with QCPs, ITPs, NCR handling, inspection activities, and quality documentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are critical

The role is suited to professionals who can maintain quality standards while supporting intensive shutdown operations. The assignment is structured as a daily-rate contract and may involve extended hours when project demands increase.
