What You Will Do

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of recruiter experience in a staffing agency environment, ideally in energy, engineering, manufacturing, or light industrial sectors.
  • Experience using sourcing platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Comfort with MS Office and applicant tracking systems, especially Bullhorn.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under competing deadlines.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates.
