About the role

The company is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support the People & Culture function. This position focuses on creating a smooth and positive candidate journey by handling interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and administrative tasks in the applicant tracking system.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and confirm video and in-person interviews for multiple hiring teams across the home office and remote locations.
• Partner with recruiters and interviewers to manage calendars and balance interview coverage across participants.
• Handle reschedules and cancellations in a way that keeps the candidate experience positive and the hiring process moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate interview records and status updates inside the applicant tracking system.
• Support staffing-related activities such as posting roles and preparing offer materials.
• Keep all stakeholders informed of interview updates and changes, both internally and externally.

Minimum qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator in a busy, high-volume setting.
• Background in coordinating interviews across multiple sites and time zones.
• Strong organizational ability with careful attention to detail.
• Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities when schedules change.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in a technology startup environment.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
