Role overview
Join the Distribution team in Auckland and play a key part in deepening adviser partnerships while helping the business expand within the financial services space. This position is focused on relationship management, adviser enablement, and supporting a member-first mutual approach in every engagement.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted connections with financial advisers and important partners.
- Guide advisers through PPS Mutual products, systems, and operating processes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain ongoing engagement with adviser networks.
- Share market knowledge and observations to inform strategy and support new ideas.
- Represent and promote the organisation's member-first, mutual philosophy in day-to-day interactions.
What the role calls for
- Background in life insurance distribution, adviser relationship management, or business development.
- Sound knowledge of the New Zealand insurance market.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing ability.
