Role Overview
Based in Malaga, Western Australia, this position coordinates resource operations for an Oil & Gas client on Barrow Island. The role combines planning, supervision, administration, data handling, and customer liaison to support efficient service delivery.
Key Duties
- Prepare and manage run sheets and load plans for the waste transfer station to support month-end client billing.
- Work closely with the Client Contract Owner and Client Area Owners to review and implement plans.
- Encourage a strong service mindset when dealing with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Make sure staffing and resources match forecasted operational needs.
- Support ongoing improvement of business processes and help maintain a productive, high-performing team.
- Gather waste information from multiple sources and turn it into reports as needed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have worked in an operations-focused administrative role, preferably in waste management, oil & gas, or transport and logistics. Strong Excel and invoicing skills are important, along with the ability to stay highly organised and work accurately.
