Role overview
This full-time retail position is based in Wellington, New Zealand, and focuses on replenishment and customer-facing store support within a busy supermarket environment.
Shift pattern
The roster alternates across night shifts with the following pattern:
- Monday to Tuesday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
- Tuesday to Wednesday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
- Saturday to Sunday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
- Sunday to Monday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Key duties
- Deliver friendly, effective service that improves the in-store experience for customers.
- Assist with day-to-day store activities and respond to customer needs as they arise.

- Stay visible on the floor, support shoppers with tailored help, and handle questions or concerns quickly.
- Replenish shelves consistently, with particular attention to essential goods and fresh food.
- Check product quality, rotate stock properly, and maintain strong presentation standards.
- Work closely with the wider team to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and organisation across the store.
- Follow safety procedures, identify hazards, and ensure work is completed in line with company rules and legal requirements.
