Role Overview

The store is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator who can help create a welcoming environment and lead by example. This position is suited to someone who enjoys a busy retail setting, takes initiative, and is motivated by delivering excellent customer experiences.

What You Will Do

You will support store success across visual merchandising, customer service, backroom activities, and merchandise processing. The role involves helping keep operations organized, sharing clear updates, aligning the team, and coaching Associates on policies, procedures, and service standards. You will also help develop team members and contribute to attractive merchandise presentation that supports the brand and value strategy.

Experience and Fit

Compensation

The expected hourly hiring range is $19.60 to $24.50 per hour. The actual offer may fall outside this range depending on relevant skills, experience, and local labor market conditions.
