About the Role
CivicPlus is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch or advance a career in tech sales, with a clear growth path towards Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Engineer positions within 12-18 months. You will be responsible for initiating contact with government agencies through targeted outbound calling to generate qualified leads for the Account Executive team. This position offers a dynamic environment where you'll learn to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance efficiency and consistently meet monthly qualified meeting targets. What You'll Do
- Conduct targeted outbound cold calling to government agencies to generate sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.
- Manage a prospect pipeline, analyzing KPIs to improve performance and efficiency.
- Consistently achieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation is based on achieving set quotas and working a full-time, 40-hour week. Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible time off, a 401(k) plan, and more.
Hiring Process
Our hiring process typically includes an introductory call with Talent Acquisition, a panel interview with CivicPlus team members, an SPQ Assessment, and culminates in an offer. Please note that this process may be adjusted slightly depending on the specific role.
