What you will do

You will begin by making cold calls and learning the StraightIn sales approach during your first 1 to 3 weeks. Your core focus will be generating leads, speaking with businesses, and booking qualified appointments for the Business Development Managers. As you build consistency and hit targets, you will take on warmer leads and eventually run full sales conversations yourself.

• Contact prospective clients and generate new leads through outbound calling.
