Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative for EMEA Inbound will be responsible for handling inbound demand, qualifying opportunities, and supporting pipeline creation across the region. The position requires close collaboration with marketing and sales teammates, along with a strong grasp of the product and the competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong command of the platform and understand how it compares with competing solutions.
- Design and run strategic campaigns that convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities.
- Partner with marketing on campaign activity for the region.
- Use established sales methods to assess and qualify prospects effectively.
- Keep CRM data organized, complete, and up to date.
- Contribute to sales playbooks and help shape the team’s selling approach.
- Take responsibility for pipeline-generation tactics and broader strategic outreach planning.
What You’ll Need
- Fluent English plus at least one additional language.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving startup setting.
- Strong collaboration skills across functions and teams.
- A competitive mindset paired with a team-first attitude.
- Prior background in Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development work.
- A demonstrated history of hitting or surpassing sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build tailored customer narratives.
- Comfort with ambiguity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from setbacks.
Compensation
The estimated total on-target earnings for this position are €70,000 per year, inclusive of base salary and incentive pay. Final compensation may vary depending on location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise.
