Role summary
This is an exciting opening for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing team working in cybersecurity and data protection. The role suits someone who wants to develop a career in technology sales, especially around SaaS offerings and IT infrastructure services.
You will be the first contact for prospective customers and will play an important part in business growth by spotting opportunities, understanding client needs, and supporting the wider sales team. The position includes strong training, opportunities to progress, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies in a rapidly changing market.
Duties and responsibilities
- Reach out to new business prospects through LinkedIn, email, and phone-based outreach.
- Act as the initial contact for potential customers and introduce the company and its services.
- Uncover and understand each prospect’s technology requirements.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and qualify leads for the Sales Executive team.
- Assist with lead generation activity linked to vendor partnerships and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training delivered by vendor partners.
- Keep up to date with new and emerging developments in the technology sector.
Skills and experience
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing position is helpful.
- Comfort with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is required; prior CRM use is an advantage.
- Strong organisation and a high level of attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

This is an office-based position working Monday to Friday near Stratford Parkway Station.
