Section Manager

Role overview

North Beach is seeking an experienced retail professional to take on the Section Manager role in its Womenswear department in Mount Maunganui. This position suits someone who can lead by example, support a motivated sales team, and help deliver strong commercial results.

What you’ll do

You will guide a positive, high-performing team, keeping service standards strong while driving sales performance and helping the department achieve and exceed targets.

Leadership and experience

The ideal candidate will bring natural leadership ability and retail experience. Previous key-holder experience would be an advantage.

Working hours

The roster runs from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30am to 6:00pm. Availability on public holidays is required when needed.
