Role Overview

This position is for someone who naturally takes charge, keeps things organized, and enjoys making sure a team stays on track. As a Shift Leader, you will be expected to lead by example and help ensure the store runs smoothly throughout your shift.

What the Role Involves

You will oversee everything that happens during your shift, including expense control, inventory tracking, cash handling, and customer relationships. You are also expected to model the right behavior and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed consistently by you and your team.

The position calls for sound judgment, comfort with numbers, and the ability to handle several tasks at once.
