Role Overview

Reliance Retail is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Apparel Store Manager to lead a young, trend-aware retail team. This position calls for a strong academic background and substantial experience in apparel retail, with a proven history of managing large-format stores successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day apparel store operations while ensuring full alignment with company processes, internal policies, and compliance standards.
• Plan and implement store-level strategies that improve customer experience, increase sales, and support achievement of business targets.
• Build, guide, and motivate a high-performing team focused on customer service and a positive workplace culture.
• Review store performance metrics to spot opportunities for improvement and apply data-backed actions to strengthen operations.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to keep execution aligned with wider business plans.
• Continuously improve store processes by identifying efficiency gains and applying best practices and practical innovations.
• Stay informed about apparel retail developments, shopper behavior, and market trends, and adjust store approach accordingly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure all required checklists and compliance activities are completed.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A professional qualification in Business Administration, Fashion, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Candidates should have 6–12 years of progressive experience in apparel retail, with a strong record of handling large-scale stores.
