Role overview

Panda Restaurant Group is looking for an accomplished leader to take charge of a single restaurant location in Pearl City, Hawaii. This position is responsible for running day-to-day store operations, leading associates, supporting strong financial performance, and making sure guests receive consistently excellent service.

The company emphasizes long-term growth and invests in its people through paid leadership training, mentorship, and ongoing support. New store managers are prepared through a training program that lasts at least 8 weeks.

What you will handle

As the store manager, you will own the overall performance of one store. Your role includes staffing, guiding team members, and steering the location toward business targets while protecting the quality of the guest experience.

Training and development

To set you up for success, the employer provides a paid Store Management Leadership Training program. In addition, associates receive mentorship, career development support, continuing education assistance, scholarships, and pathways into broader leadership roles.

Compensation and benefits

The position offers an hourly pay range of $28 to $31, along with bonus opportunities. Physical and work conditions

This role requires working in a busy restaurant environment where kitchen areas may be hot, noisy, and limited in space. Team members are expected to stay on their feet for long periods, work quickly and accurately, handle hot and cold food, use Chinese kitchen tools and other equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs. The job also calls for clear verbal communication, flexibility, comfort with changing priorities, and the ability to handle conflict and difficult situations. Work may involve standing for up to four hours and reaching across 36-inch counters to serve guests.
