Role overview

The Systems Administrator will help keep the company’s technology environment secure, dependable, and running efficiently.   • Resolve daily user incidents and escalated requests passed on by the Help Desk, or escalate further when appropriate.
  • Provide user guidance and basic training on supported systems, tools, and services.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least three years of industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint deployment, device troubleshooting, and modern network protocols and architectures.
  • Experience with hybrid server infrastructure and security controls.
  • Experience supporting client and server operating systems.
  • Exposure to UNIX and Linux will be considered an advantage.
  • IT certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco are a plus.
