UI Designer

Role Overview

IDR is looking for a UI Designer to support one of its key clients in Englewood, Colorado. The work centers on building refined, highly accurate interfaces for healthcare-related initiatives, with a strong emphasis on visual quality, detail, and execution from concept through final implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create precise, production-ready interface designs that align with detailed design requirements.
• Evolve and maintain design systems to keep products visually consistent and polished.
• Work side by side with product teams to turn wireframes and prototypes into finished UI solutions.
• Improve the overall user experience by designing screens that are both easy to use and visually strong.
• Own the quality of the final output and ensure a high standard of craftsmanship throughout the design process.

Skills and Experience Needed

• A portfolio that clearly shows strong pixel-perfect UI work created from the ground up.
• Deep hands-on experience using Figma, especially for enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong capability in interface and graphic design, balancing visual appeal with usability.
• The ability to produce interfaces with a level of refinement and interaction quality comparable to top consumer products.
• Prior exposure to healthcare or AI work is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
