Role Summary

We are hiring a full-time Video Editor for an on-site position in Sharjah. The selected candidate will build polished video assets for a range of creative assignments, work closely with the creative team, adapt footage to client briefs, and shape content into clear, engaging stories. The role may also involve supporting shoots and helping with production tasks when needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into professional-quality final videos for different project types.
• Work with the creative team to understand project goals and client expectations.
• Shape content so that the final output has strong flow, clarity, and storytelling.
• Handle edits for commercial, social media, corporate, and other creative video formats.
• Support filming activities and assist with content production when required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on video editing experience, including use of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Comfortable using additional video editing and motion graphics tools.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Strong storytelling ability with an eye for visually attractive edits.
• Practical knowledge of color correction, audio syncing, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with AI tools used in the creative workflow.
• Good understanding of camera formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings.
• Sharp attention to detail and a strong creative eye.
• Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sharjah and travel for events across different Emirates when needed.
• Experience in content production, media, or digital marketing will be considered an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in film production, media, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
