About the Internship

This remote internship is with a Bangalore-based interior design firm that works on both residential and commercial spaces. The organization focuses on imaginative design, practical space planning, and customized solutions that align with each client’s preferences and requirements.

The role is centered on supporting lead management and client coordination for the sales/design process. You will interact with prospects, help move inquiries through the funnel, and keep communication flowing smoothly between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries.
• Reach out to prospects proactively to continue conversations and move them ahead in the sales process.
• Gather client needs, assess fit, and help qualify leads.
• Arrange meetings and site visits for the sales and design teams.
• Update and maintain lead records in CRM tools or Google Sheets.
• Act as a point of coordination between clients and internal teams.
• Follow up consistently to help improve conversion rates.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 17 June 2026 and 22 July 2026, and can commit to a 6-month internship. Applicants should also have relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable speaking with clients on calls.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Interest in interior design or real estate is preferred.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 6,000.
