About the internship
This six-month, full-time, in-office business development internship in Bangalore is designed for candidates who want to build practical sales and client-facing skills in a technology-driven environment. The role involves learning the company’s SaaS, software, and automation offerings, identifying growth opportunities, and helping convert prospects into clients through presentations, outreach, and relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Research, network, and reach out to identify new business opportunities.
- Gain a solid understanding of the company’s products, including SaaS offerings, software solutions, and automation tools.
- Clearly explain product value to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, pitches, and product demos to support lead conversion.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Work closely with technical and sales teams to support business growth plans.
- Track industry developments, new technologies, and competitor activity.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 29 June 2026 and 3 August 2026, committed to the full 6-month duration, and have relevant skills and interest in the field.
Additional requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, business, or a related area.
- Basic awareness of the software development life cycle, including front-end, back-end, and database concepts.
- Foundational coding and database knowledge.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Good understanding of technology and software concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-focused mindset.
- Exposure to SaaS products, cloud solutions, or digital platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation, or digital marketing basics is preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
