Project Management Intern

About the internship

FlaktGroup India is looking for an in-office Project Management Intern in Kolkata to support day-to-day coordination and execution of ongoing projects. The role is suited to candidates who want hands-on exposure to project planning, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination in an industrial manufacturing environment.

What you will do

• Understand project scope, technical specifications, and delivery timelines to support execution.
• Maintain project files, trackers, status reports, and other essential documentation.
• Track material procurement progress and follow up on delivery updates.
• Help the project team stay aligned with schedules, milestones, and record-keeping requirements.
• Coordinate with teams across functions to keep work moving smoothly.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools.

Who can apply

This internship is open to candidates who are available for a full-time, on-site role and can begin between 15 June 2026 and 20 July 2026. Applicants should be available for a 6-month internship and have relevant skills and interest in the field. Women looking to begin or resume their careers are welcome to apply, and freshers may also be considered.

Additional requirements

• Students pursuing Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering are preferred.
• You should be self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills are important.
• Good analytical ability and interpersonal skills are expected.
• You should be open to travel if the role requires it.

Stipend

The internship offers a stipend of ₹10,000 per month.

Job offer details

If the intern is successfully converted into a permanent employee, the expected salary range is ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per year.
