Role Summary
This position is for a friendly and energetic Arabic-speaking receptionist who can create a positive first impression for guests and guide them smoothly through check-in and check-out. The role calls for a calm, practical approach in a busy front desk environment, strong attention to procedure, confidence handling payments, and accurate data entry for reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers in a professional and warm manner, and answer calls in line with brand service standards.
- Respond to guest questions and share accurate details about promotions, room rates, local activities, and nearby events.
- Handle payments according to cash-handling rules and process reservations and cancellations with accuracy.
- Spot corporate business opportunities and help develop long-term client relationships.
- Encourage online brand mentions and support the collection of customer feedback.
- Review guest feedback from online channels and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Complete routine office tasks such as correspondence, emails, and filing to keep the reception area running smoothly.
- Maintain adequate supplies and reception stationery.
- Coordinate effectively with all departments regarding guest requests and complaints to ensure seamless service.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to protect all guests.
Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience as a hotel receptionist in a front office department.
- Working knowledge of Opera PMS.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Arabic.
