Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Baker for its Provo, Utah location. The role is centered on preparing fresh bagels and supporting the bakery’s day-to-day flow while helping create a friendly, upbeat guest experience. Bakers start very early, sometimes as early as 3:00 AM, and are part of the team that keeps the bakery running smoothly from opening through the day. The position is based at 38 E 1230 N, Provo, Utah 84604.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the bagel wall and pastry case stocked so each shift has product ready for guests.
• Work alongside the team to support guest service, including order taking and sandwich preparation when needed.
• Help maintain food and beverage quality standards across the store.
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and clean store environment.
• Carry out bakery tasks during early-morning and varied operating hours as business needs require.

What We’re Looking For

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay effective in a busy, fast-moving setting.
• Availability for varied shifts and days, including early mornings and weekends.
• Willingness to complete a background check where permitted by local, state, and federal law.
• A valid state-issued driver’s license is preferred, and required for some locations, along with meeting company driving standards when applicable.
