  • Assist the Director in preparing for business meetings, client interactions, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
  • Collect client feedback, market signals, and stakeholder input to inform improvement and growth plans.

Project coordination

  • Act as the main connection point between the Group Commercial Department and country entities for commercial follow-up and communication.
  • Support rollout of group commercial strategies, campaigns, and growth initiatives across all entities.
  • Coordinate client governance activities, satisfaction surveys, and follow-up action plans.
  • Help organize business events, networking sessions, chamber of commerce activities, conferences, and client forums.

CRM and commercial support

  • Serve as the group CRM coordinator and help entities use the CRM platform effectively.
  • Monitor CRM adoption, data accuracy, and compliance across all entities.
  • Prepare recurring CRM performance reports and suggest improvements to commercial effectiveness.
  • Ensure all commercial interactions, opportunities, and business development activities are properly captured in the CRM system.

Reporting and analytics

  • Consolidate monthly commercial submissions from all entities and turn them into management-ready summaries.
  • Track and report commercial KPIs such as pipeline value, proposals submitted, conversion rates, client visits, supplier registrations, and revenue forecasts.
  • Build dashboards, presentations, and performance reports for management and Executive Committee meetings.
  • Review commercial trends and share recommendations that support strategic decisions.
