This consultant role sits within a two-year Operations Excellence Program and is designed for people who enjoy challenging work, rapid learning, and a high-performance environment. Your Impact

In this program, you will work on client engagements much like any other consultant. Your work will include defining problems, building hypotheses, analyzing data, and turning findings into recommendations. Most of your development will come from practical project experience, supported by a formal learning program.

During the first years, you will contribute across multiple engagements, collaborating with different clients and teammates across a range of industries and operations-related service areas. You will build the knowledge needed to help organizations improve the performance of their operations.

As part of the OEP community, you will spend time in functional training and knowledge-building sessions led by operations specialists. The curriculum covers operations excellence themes and includes advanced learning in one of six focus areas: manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service operations, supply chain management, or capital excellence.

Successful participants who complete the program move into the firm’s global network of operational excellence experts. Graduates already work across levels from associate through partner.

The position is based in one of the European offices within the Operations Practice, which combines strategic thinking with practical execution.
