Role overview

LIBÉ is looking for a Content Creator to join its Marketing team. This role focuses on developing engaging content across social platforms to strengthen brand awareness, build audience connection, and contribute to sales conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create content for channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms to help grow brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Coordinate the production of content assets including visuals, videos, and captions in line with communication plans, collection launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Generate fresh short-form content ideas by brainstorming, tracking current trends, and contributing creative concepts for the brand’s communication channels.
• Film and edit short videos that highlight brand activities and stories.
• Write video scripts and develop storytelling content while collaborating with Product, E-commerce, Store, or Production House teams to create practical, real-world content.
• Monitor content performance on a regular basis and suggest improvements based on results.

Requirements

• A strong aesthetic sense; familiarity with fashion is an advantage.
• Good writing and storytelling ability.
• Ability to shoot, photograph, and edit using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Understanding of how social content works across different platforms.
• Proactive mindset, quick response to trends, and genuine interest in fashion and lifestyle.
• Comfortable working in a team and able to move around flexibly when needed.
• Prior experience in video shooting for channel growth or using a phone as the main shooting device is a plus.
