About the Role
Exhale Healthy Coffee is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Admin to join its customer support function. In this position, you will be a key part of the business by handling a broad mix of customer and support tasks. The role is fully remote, and flexible working hours may be possible depending on the candidate.
What You’ll Be Handling
Your main focus will be answering customer questions and resolving issues that arrive through in-app support, email, social media, live chat, and ticketing channels. Typical cases may include subscription cancellations, missing deliveries, product-related queries, and other day-to-day support requests. This team plays an important role in maintaining the company’s strong customer satisfaction reputation.
Responsibilities
- Reply to customer enquiries across email, inbound tickets, live chat, and social media using the Gorgias platform.
- Handle live support conversations and ticket-based queries quickly and accurately.
- Work with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and the founders to resolve customer and business issues.
- Spot recurring problems and suggest improvements to strengthen support processes.
- Support the operations lead in planning and coordinating activities so performance targets and KPIs are met.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or operations.
- Clear communication skills and a strong ability to work well with people.
- Good problem-solving ability and confidence in managing customer issues.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Comfort working to deadlines and keeping up in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience with Zendesk or Gorgias would be an added advantage.
