This role sits within the Global Field Readiness organization, where the data team supports intelligent enablement by converting readiness and enablement data into clear, decision-ready insights for stakeholders across the business.

Role Overview

The Tableau Data Visualization Analyst for the Field Readiness Data Office will help shape how Salesforce measures and improves talent enablement at scale. The person in this role will do more than produce dashboards; they will create meaningful visual analytics that help leaders and teams act faster and with greater confidence.

You will work closely with Field Readiness, TechOps, the Data Office engineering team, and senior leaders to turn raw data into practical intelligence that supports seller development, readiness programs, and future-focused analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and support Tableau dashboards and reports that monitor enablement completion, readiness indicators, and program outcomes.
• Combine data from Salesforce orgs, readiness systems, and other internal sources into unified analytics views.
• Collaborate with Field Readiness, TechOps, and engineering partners to ensure outputs align with strategic business goals.
• Maintain strong data quality, consistency, and trust across all published dashboards.
• Spot patterns, anomalies, and emerging trends in enablement data and share relevant insights with leadership.
• Help move reporting from a reactive approach toward predictive and personalized analytics in line with the FY27 roadmap.
• Create documentation for data sources, metric logic, and analytics standards to support scalable governance.
• Coach teammates on Tableau and help strengthen data literacy across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization work.
• Strong hands-on ability with Tableau, including Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud or Server; familiarity with Tableau Next and Tableau Pulse is a plus.
• Advanced SQL capability and experience working with Salesforce data models and reporting objects.
• Prior experience pulling and analyzing information from Salesforce orgs.
• Good understanding of enablement, learning and development, or HR analytics data is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Interest in data-driven enablement and a mindset of continuous learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Tableau certification such as Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst.
• Exposure to AI/ML ideas, prompt engineering, or analytics connected to LLMs.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar transformation tools.
• Background in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations.

The typical base salary range for this position is $80,900 to $122,300 per year. This base pay does not include bonus, incentive compensation, equity, or benefits where applicable.
