Role Overview

In this role, you will support the growth and day-to-day functioning of StayVista’s facility management operations. The position centers on building and improving systems for property upkeep, utilities, safety, and essential services, while also helping manage vendor relationships, contracts, SOP implementation, and villa readiness across locations.

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily operations so villas and resorts remain fully functional, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
• Coordinate timely maintenance and repairs to prevent service disruptions.
• Guide and support teams handling maintenance, housekeeping, and security across multiple sites.
• Contribute to budgeting and monitor expenses to keep maintenance and repair costs under control.
• Ensure all properties follow required safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards, including fire and health compliance.
• Address maintenance- and cleanliness-related guest concerns to support a positive stay experience.
• Assist with renovations, upgrades, and setup of new properties.
• Use systems and tools to track maintenance work, workforce schedules, and operating costs.
• Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Travel to locations across India to inspect properties and resolve major on-ground issues when needed.
• Carry out regular audits using checklists to review rooms, kitchens, maintenance areas, gardens, and other key spaces.
• Help maintain quality standards across all properties and support owner and guest management tasks as required by business needs.
• Track operational performance and share improvement ideas with the Facility Head.

Preferred Experience

• Background in managing facilities across multiple properties, especially in hospitality or real estate, is an added advantage.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors is beneficial.
