Improvement projects and compliance

  • Contribute to process enhancement and cost-optimization efforts.
  • Support digitalization, automation, and efficiency-focused initiatives.
  • Track the status of ongoing projects and help ensure delivery within timelines.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and port authority rules.
  • Organize records linked to audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
  • Help the Site Head prepare for audits and regulatory interactions.

Stakeholder and executive support

  • Coordinate with external parties such as port authorities, regulators, vendors, and customers.
  • Support smooth business communication and follow-up actions with stakeholders.
  • Provide executive assistance to the Site Head, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
  • Draft presentations, reports, and briefing notes for management reviews.

Education and experience
