Fullstack Developer (.NET/Angular/React.js) - Pune

About the Role

Our client, a digital transformation and IT services organization, is seeking a Fullstack Developer for their Pune operations. This role focuses on developing platform-level features for a high-performing, customizable Websites Platform that serves thousands of websites. You will be instrumental in enabling other teams to create exceptional consumer-facing experiences. The position requires applying abstraction, object-oriented principles, and innovative thinking to build scalable, high-performance solutions within distributed Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of complex problem-solving, including definition, investigation, design, implementation, rollout, and monitoring.
• Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
• Collaborate within a geographically distributed and diverse Agile team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with 5-9 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET framework, including ASP.NET MVC and associated technologies.
• Experience with front-end development using JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design principles and asynchronous programming techniques.
• Familiarity with the entire web stack, HTTP protocols, and web optimization strategies.
• Experience with scalable distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, version control, build processes, and testing.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Approximately 70% focus on .NET backend development and 30% on React.js/Angular development.

• This is an individual contributor role.
• The role requires a mandatory hybrid work mode in Pune.
• Candidates must be available to start immediately or be serving notice with a last working day within 20-25 days.
