Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Singapore supports both human resources and office administration on a day-to-day basis. The HR & Admin Executive will manage employee records, support benefits administration, assist with hiring activity, and help coordinate onboarding and offboarding. The role also involves responding to employee questions, assisting with learning and development efforts, communicating HR policies, and ensuring that internal HR practices remain aligned with company requirements and applicable employment regulations.
Key Duties
The position combines core HR support with general administrative coordination. It includes handling documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day office support while working with internal teams and outside stakeholders to keep processes organized and compliant.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and other HR processes.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide routine HR support.
- Help organize training and development initiatives.
- Contribute to the communication and rollout of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee general office administration tasks such as filing, scheduling, and coordination.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Support adherence to relevant employment laws and company standards.
Required Profile
Ideal candidates bring experience in HR generalist or HR and administration roles, preferably from industrial, engineering, or maritime settings. A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving ability are important, as is the capability to manage confidential information with care. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Singapore employment legislation are considered advantages.
Qualifications and Capabilities
