Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview

Awraad Hotel is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities at its Jeddah property in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel’s day-to-day maintenance work and keep operations running smoothly.
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance as well as corrective repair tasks.
• Guide, coordinate, and assist the maintenance team in completing assigned work.
• Handle maintenance complaints, urgent breakdowns, and emergency repair situations promptly.
• Make sure guest rooms, equipment, and all hotel facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
• Track outside contractors and keep accurate maintenance logs and records.
• Follow applicable safety requirements and regulatory guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Prior experience leading maintenance operations, ideally within a hotel environment.
• Solid working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep.
• Strong diagnostic ability and a practical approach to solving technical issues.
• Comfortable supervising a team and handling several priorities at once.
• Familiarity with maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards.
• Basic computer proficiency, including the use of maintenance management tools or systems.
• A technical diploma or certification in Maintenance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
