Responsibilities

• Process and verify appraisal eligibility.
• Assess loan applications to ensure adherence to product guidelines.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to expedite loan processing and resolve issues.
• Undertake other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• An Associate's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage processing is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• A foundational understanding of relevant Federal, State, and Local regulations is necessary.
