Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid position for a PA & Admin Assistant in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work at the start. The role supports senior leadership, including the CEO and Directors in the UK and UAE, by handling day-to-day administration, coordination, and communication tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to help office operations run efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
- Support executives with a range of administrative duties and coordination tasks.
- Arrange appointments and manage calendars and schedules.
- Maintain organized records and ensure office documentation is kept up to date.
- Complete office-related tasks promptly and accurately on behalf of the CEO and Directors.
- Support travel requirements as needed, including worldwide travel whenever the business requires it.
Work Arrangement and Conditions
The position starts as hybrid, but it is expected to transition to fully on-site after a few months, subject to the company’s decision. The role also requires flexibility to travel internationally based on business needs.
Salary
The compensation offered is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Strong background in administrative assistance and clerical work.
- Clear phone communication skills and professional call handling.
- Prior exposure to executive administrative support tasks.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Good time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Previous experience in a similar position is an added advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent certification is preferred.
