Role overview
Easygo is seeking a Partnership Specialist to join its fast-paced Partnerships team in Melbourne. This role is designed for someone who understands the streaming space, enjoys building productive relationships, and wants to contribute directly to the growth of KICK’s content ecosystem.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Easygo emphasizes collaborative, in-person work and offers a high-impact environment where strong performance can lead to meaningful growth.
The salary for this role is AUD 90,000 to AUD 100,000 per year.

What you will do
- Find, onboard, and support new talent while forming strong and productive partner relationships.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to design and execute growth strategies that strengthen the platform and help shape KICK’s content direction.
- Act as the primary contact for partners across programming, marketing, and finance, including support for promotions, new user growth, payments, and reporting.
- Manage the onboarding process for channel partners, including channel configuration, content publishing, and training on the dashboard and CMS.
- Create and monitor partner growth plans, review account health in KICK’s backend systems, and analyse performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with Product teams on features such as Extensions and co-streaming, and identify sponsorship opportunities in partnership with Ad Sales.
- Support the Partnerships Manager in delivering projects that contribute to team success and growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing and managing partnerships, ideally within gaming, streaming, or online entertainment.
- Strong relationship-building ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience onboarding partners and training them on tools and operational processes.
- Strong analytical capability to track, interpret, and improve partner performance metrics.
- Ability to design and implement strategic growth plans that align with company goals.
- Proven success working with internal teams such as product, marketing, and sales, as well as external partners.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective partner coordination.
Preferred experience
- Background in the creator economy.
- Understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition approaches.
- Familiarity with streaming tools, technologies, and content creation workflows.
